The illuminated Flower Parade

On the Friday preceding the Flower Parade Bollenstreek, the colourful parade of flower floats can be admired during the Illuminated Flower Parade in the village of Noordwijkerhout.
Illuminated Flower Parade Noordwijkerhout
The Flower Parade arrives in the centre of the village in the late afternoon. There, the floats and luxury wagons will be set up and can be admired up close. From 21:00, the Illuminated Flower Parade will start through the streets in the village.
Official opening Flower Parade of the Bollenstreek
The Illuminated Parade is also the official opening of the Flower Parade. The opening is at 21:00, after which the illuminated wagons will start to drive.
Route Illuminated Flower Parade
The route goes through a large part of Noordwijkerhout. The route is as follows:
- 21:00 Kruising Herenweg – Viktoriberg
- 21:10 Kerkeland <– Dorpsstraat
- 21:13 Dorpsstraat –> Havenstraat (‘t Witte Kerkje)
- 21:15 Havenstraat – officiële start
- 21:20 Havenstraat –> Koninginneweg
- 21:24 Koninginneweg <– Viaductweg
- 21:26 Viaductweg <– Kerkstraat
- 21:31 Kerkstraat –> Schippersvaartweg
- 21:40 Rotonde Schippersvaartweg <– Via Nova
- 21:48 Via Nova –> Robijnslaan
- 21:50 Robijnslaan –> JUB Holland
Tour from Amsterdam to the illuminated Flower Parade

The illuminated Flower Parade is free to visit. Want to fully enjoy the evening parade? Then book one of the grandstand seats. The grandstand in Noordwijkerhout is not covered. The grandstand in Noordwijkerhout on 11 April 2025 is now sold out.
Hotel during the Flower Parade
The Illuminated Flower Parade is part of the Corsoweek Bollenstreek. During this week, there are many events in and around the bulb region. This makes it an ideal time to plan a weekend or week-long holiday. There is a wide choice of hotels and b&b’s available from which the events in the Corsoweek can be followed perfectly.
