The world-famous Bloemencorso Bollenstreek will ride again on Saturday 12 April 2025 Are you curious about how the floats are made? Then take a look behind the scenes on Wednesday 9 April to Friday 11 April during the Flower Parade build-up days. During these days, hundreds of volunteers will decorate the floats with flowers.
Construction days Flower parade
The build-up days are meant for young & old. Have you always wanted to see how a corsow truck is made? Then the assembly days are a must. The corsow trailers are supplied in large halls in three days by hundreds of volunteers with fragrant and colourful spring flowers such as hyacinths, daffodils and tulips and many other bulbous flowers. The flowers are attached to the design of the trolley in a special way; we call this ‘stitches‘. If you are lucky, maybe you can try it yourself. How nice it is then when you see ‘your’ own work pass by during the corsow weekend.
Opening hours to the public
The build-up days are in 2025 on Wednesday 9, Thursday 10 or Friday 11 April 2025 at JUB Holland in Noordwijkerhout. This flower bulb company has hosted build-up days since 2025.

To visit the build-up days, you need a ticket. A ticket includes a cup of coffee or tea.

Booking with group or guided tour
If you would like to visit the Construction Days with a large group and/or if you would like a guided tour, we advise you to notify us in advance: communicatie@bloemencorso.info. Please indicate your preferred time, the desired language (NL, FR, ENG, DU) and how many people the group consists of and the Flower Parade will let you know what the possibilities are. Guided tours start on the hour and start with a participation of 20 people.
Address and accessibility
Several parking spaces have been set up in the immediate vicinity of JUB Holland. Use navigation up to the venue and follow the directions of the traffic controllers from there.

Do you hold a disabled parking card. If so, upon presentation, you can be allocated a special space by the traffic controllers. Unfortunately, there are no disabled toilets available at the Construction Days

Hotel during the Flower Parade
The build-up days of the Flower Parade are held during the Parade Week. During this week there are many events in and around the Bollenstreek. It is therefore an ideal period to plan a weekend or week’s holiday. There is a wide choice of hotels and b&b’s available from which the events in the Corsoweek are easy to follow. Popular are the hotels along the beach and near the flower fields. With children it is also great to stay in one of the holiday parks.
