Tulip picking garden on ‘t Vierkant in Lisse

Lisse is the most known flower town in Holland. The town is the historic center of the flower bulb trade in the world and of course the location of the Keukenhof flower park.
Every spring the center of Lisse organizes a Tulip picking garden for children on ‘t Vierkant. In 2023, this picking garden will open on Saturday 1 April. From 12:00 to 16:00 children can pick a bouquet of tulips for free.
The nice thing is that they pick the tulips with flower bulb. This is often funny to see for children (and parents). You can cut the tulips at home or with a bulb in a glass vase.
