At the open-air museum Archeon, you step into the world of history and experience prehistory, the Roman Period and the Middle Ages and learn all about life back then! Archeon lets you experience the history of the Netherlands. From prehistory around 8800 B.C., the Roman Period and the Middle Ages until 1350 A.D.
The open-air museum consists of 45 farms, houses and huts. All the buildings are inhabited by the Archaeo-interpreters. These people can tell you all about life in the past. Many activities are also organised.
