Legoland in Scheveningen? Yes, the Netherlands has its own LEGO theme park where young and old can enjoy the popular toy. More than 3 million lego bricks have been processed in this indoor Legoland park on the multi-faceted boulevard in Scheveningen.
This is an indoor version of the popular amusement park, a so-called Legoland Discovery Centre. There are already a number of such Discovery Centres in Europe. They can be found in Manchester, Berlin, Oberhausen, Istanbul and Birmingham, among others. This makes Legoland Scheveningen the sixth indoor park in Europe. But also in the rest of the world there are several Discovery Centres.
Legoland Discovery Centre Scheveningen
You cannot compare Legoland Scheveningen with Legoland in Denmark. It is an indoor attraction with several attractions for the whole family. For example, there will be LEGO Building & Playing zones, a 4D cinema and a miniature version of The Hague and Scheveningen, made of LEGO bricks of course. There will also be special birthday areas for fun children’s parties. All this will be found in 3,000 square metres, whereby the attractions will mainly be underground. In comparison, Legoland Denmark is 14 hectares (140,000 square metres) and therefore almost 50 times as big.

In the LEGO® NINJAGO® Training Zone, you’ll learn all about Master Wu and the Ninjas. Build your own NINJAGO® LEGO® creations and take on the challenge of the laser maze. Will you be able to escape?
Miniland
Explore and play with the interactive city – Recognise the famous buildings from The Hague and Scheveningen and see them up close. See how the city and the landscape change from day to night. In MINILAND you will find hundreds of different mini figures, they live here in the city. Who can you find and what are they doing?
4D Cinema
Enjoy a 4D Cinema experience, completely in LEGO® theme. Enjoy a variety of entertaining films with special effects such as rain, wind and even snow, all under one roof.

For which age?
Every LEGO package says up to 99 years and this is also true for Legoland Scheveningen. There are LEGO fans of all ages. Nevertheless, the attractions are mainly aimed at children between 3 and 10 years old. The attraction cannot even be visited without children during the regular opening hours. For adults who want to visit Legoland Scheveningen, special opening nights are organised.

Of course, at Legoland Scheveningen you can also visit the LEGO shop for the most beautiful LEGO® packages and unique merchandise. A must visit for every LEGO fan. They have the latest LEGO® products, including Marvel Super Heroes, Nexo Knights, Starwars and Ninjago. Plus exclusive limited edition items and hard-to-find LEGO® sets. Pick up a souvenir to remember your LEGO® adventure or just drop by.
You do not need a ticket for LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Scheveningen to visit the shop.
Opening hours Legoland Scheveningen
An average visit to a Legoland Discovery Centre lasts between one and a half and two hours. In some Discovery Centres they limit the admission to 2.5 hours if it is very busy. This gives everyone time to fully enjoy the visit. Less crowds = less waiting times = more fun!
