Bereikbaarheid
Het Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem bestaat uit twee locaties: Locatie Hof aan het Groot Heiligland en Locatie Hal aan de Grote Markt. Beide locaties liggen op loopafstand van elkaar (ca. 7 minuten) en zijn goed bereikbaar met zowel openbaar vervoer, fiets als auto.
Locatie Hof – Groot Heiligland 62
At location Hof, which now houses art treasures, originally housed old men. In the Golden Age, they enjoyed their golden years here. But since 1913, the city’s art collection has been displayed around the courtyard on Groot Heiligland, with numerous highlights from that same Golden Age.
Location Hal – Grote Markt 16
Location Hal of the Frans Hals Museum is the cultural hotspot on the Grote Markt and at the same time it is an architectural hotchpotch. This is because it is a mixture of three different buildings, all from a different century: the Meat Hall, the Fish House and the Verwey Hall.
From the NS railway station, you can walk to the Hall location in 13 minutes. The court location is an additional 7-minute walk. Buy your NS train ticket in advance on NS.nl
